Belmark is a leader in pressure sensitive labels, folding cartons, and flexible packaging, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This full-time, 2nd shift trainee role offers hands-on training to operate a pouch machine and support production at Plant 2 in Wisconsin.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to effectively utilize English in writing, speaking, and reading.
• Regular attendance and possible overtime requirements.
• Must be able to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds or more when required.

Aufgaben

• Follow safety procedures and maintain Safe Quality Foods standards.
• Complete training to operate a pouch machine per safety and quality standards.
• Assist with setup and operation of a pouch machine.
• Ensure quality attributes during production runs and pack pouches per configuration.
• Perform quality checks and adjust the machine as needed.
• Handle paperwork for materials and final counts.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
