Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a senior web strategy and development lead to shape the corporate site, its architecture, and performance roadmap. You will drive GEO/AEO strategies and optimize conversion, leveraging GA4 insights to guide decisions.

You will mentor a web developer, maintain the site's technical foundation, and report outcomes to marketing leadership. This role demands strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced cloud security environment.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in web development or web strategy.
Proven track record in improving conversion rates and site performance.
Experience with GA4 analytics and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead web strategy and development for Sysdig's corporate website: site architecture, technical execution, platform management, and roadmap for performance and experience.
Own GEO and AEO strategy for the site: align content with AI-generated answers and evolving search behavior, roadmapping with content team and vendors.
Own the conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy for the site, guided by GA4 and behavioral data.
Lead and mentor an internal web developer, overseeing technical execution and code quality.
Manage the site's technical foundation: architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, CMS health.
Report on web performance to marketing leadership.
