Job summary

Obility is seeking a GEO & SEO Strategy Director to own how we approach organic growth for B2B clients in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. You will manage a portfolio of clients, build playbooks, and develop Claude-based workflows to scale off-site and on-site strategies.

You will lead the GEO practice, mentor strategists, and partner with Content, Organic Social, and Sales to shape service design and market differentiation. Experience with Claude is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive SEO experience, including ownership of GEO/B2B/enterprise strategy.
• Daily hands-on use of Claude and working knowledge of Claude Code.
• Deep technical SEO foundation with off-site visibility experience.
• Proven ability to mentor strategists and set own standards.
• Experience with Semrush, SEOmonitor, GA4, and Google Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Own Obility's GEO methodology and direct AI search strategy for B2B clients.
• Build playbooks, frameworks, and Claude workflows for day-to-day operations.
• Lead client leadership, present to senior marketing leaders, and guide decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Organic Social, and Data teams.
• Define measurement frameworks and produce quarterly impact reports.
