Job summary

Watershed is seeking a data-driven web leader to own AEO/GEO and CRO initiatives. You will define and execute strategies to expand organic and AI-enabled visibility, build a scalable playbook, and lead a hands-on CRO program to convert visibility into qualified pipeline across multiple locations.

You’ll work with content, product marketing, and design to shape the website and brand strategy, while coordinating with external vendors to accelerate impact in a climate-focused platform.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling organic growth and LLM visibility.
• Fluency with AI tools and models for growth channels.
• Hands-on experience building and running an A/B testing program.
• Comfort managing external vendors and developers without coding dependencies.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision making.
