Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a strategic, hands-on Web Director to lead web strategy and development for the corporate site. You will own GEO/AEO strategy and drive conversion rate optimization using GA4 and behavioral data.

You will mentor a Web Developer and oversee architecture, crawlability, and CMS health, reporting progress to marketing leadership. Requires 6+ years in web development or strategy, 2+ years managing teams, plus strong HTML/CSS/JS and CMS experience; Webflow is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in web development or web strategy, with 2+ years managing projects or people.
• Strong hands-on background: site architecture, CMS platforms, HTML/CSS/JS.
• Understanding of GEO/AEO principles, structured data, AI-driven search surfaces.
• Proven track record improving conversion rates and site performance with GA4.

Responsibilities

• Lead web strategy and development for Sysdig's corporate website: architecture, execution, platform management, and roadmap for performance and experience.
• Own GEO and AEO strategy for the site and align with content/AI-driven search goals.
• Own conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy using GA4 data.
• Lead and mentor an internal web developer, overseeing execution, code quality, and delivery.
• Manage the site's technical foundation: architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, CMS health.
• Report web performance to marketing leadership.
