Job summary

The IT Web Specialist at UTIA leads website strategy, development, governance, accessibility, and continuous improvement for UTIA’s public-facing sites, ensuring alignment with branding and user experience best practices.

You will train content managers, provide CMS guidance, and collaborate with stakeholders across the Institute to deliver accessible, user-centered digital experiences while advancing UTIA’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing public-facing websites with accessibility, analytics, and SEO.
• Ability to train content managers and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and governance of UTIA’s public-facing websites.
• Deliver accessible, brand-compliant digital experiences with stakeholders.
• Provide CMS guidance, content strategy, and governance resources.
• Train and coach content managers in publishing workflows and usability.
• Manage multiple website initiatives and partner across the Institute.
