Job summary

The University of Utah's Marketing and Communications Digital Team is seeking a Digital Support Engineer who combines technical expertise with strong user-support skills to improve web accessibility and brand compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + related work experience as a Web Administrator, II.
• Proven experience in web development support and accessibility.
• Experience with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA requirements and assistive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive web accessibility audits and remediation.
• Evaluate digital experiences using manual and automated testing tools.
• Remediate PDFs and documents to meet WCAG AA standards.
• Train campus partners on digital accessibility and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate remediation into workflows.
