Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in web, digital, marketing operations, or partner marketing environment.
• Proven track record of roadmap planning, capacity modeling, prioritization, and delivery coordination for multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled at presenting trade-offs to senior leaders and building relationships with creative, engineering, content, and operations partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the partner web roadmap as a single source of truth; lead quarterly planning cycles and communicate trade-offs when demand exceeds capacity.
• Build and maintain a capacity model across authoring, development, content, design, and agency resources; adjust plans to address bottlenecks.
• Own the project intake process; standardize request information, assess feasibility, route work, and communicate prioritization decisions to requestors.
• Establish stakeholder communication cadences; provide status updates, roadmap reviews, and planning sessions; surface risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Coordinate execution across authoring, development, design, content, creative, engineering, and operations teams for smooth handoffs.
• Manage an operations team of three; set goals, coach, onboard, allocate tasks, conduct performance check-ins, and oversee contractor relationships.
