Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in web, digital, marketing ops, or partner marketing.
• Proven track record of roadmap planning, capacity modeling, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
• Skilled at presenting trade-offs to senior leaders and building relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Experience with web content management systems; Adobe Experience Manager a plus.
• Proficient with tools like Smartsheet and Jira; familiar with agile/scrum.

Responsibilities

• Manage the partner web roadmap as a single source of truth and lead quarterly planning.
• Build and maintain a capacity model across authoring, development, design, and content resources.
• Own the intake process, assess feasibility, and route work in the correct workflow.
• Establish stakeholder cadences and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Coordinate execution across multiple teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent practices.
