Job summary
United Tech is seeking a hands-on web leader to own the direction of our live-streaming platform. You will shape how users discover, convert, and pay on web, and drive end-to-end funnel improvements.
This role includes building the mobile-to-web funnel from scratch, scaling growth initiatives, writing PRDs, and running A/B tests to optimize retention and revenue. Remote or Kyiv hub with flexible schedule and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze competitors, user needs, and market trends.
- Build a feature roadmap to grow LTV and payment conversion.
- Write PRDs, manage delivery, and run A/B tests.
