Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Web Product Manager to own the web direction of our live-streaming platform. You will shape discovery, conversion and payments on web, and build the mobile-to-web funnel for scalable marketing.

You will work with analytics and cross-functional teams to test hypotheses and ship releases that drive growth. The role requires 3+ years of product management experience, hands-on web funnel optimization, and strong data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in web or digital products.
• Hands-on experience optimizing web funnels and measuring outcomes.
• Experience planning and prioritizing a roadmap using frameworks like RICE.
• Strong data analysis and user feedback interpretation; English fluent.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Web Product Manager to take full ownership of the web direction of our live-streaming platform. You will define how users discover, convert and pay on web, build the mobile-to-web funnel from scratch and set the stage for scaling web marketing. Analytics and shared teams work fully for the product, so your hypotheses quickly turn into tested releases. Strong results here lead straight to Product Team Lead or Head of Product.

In this role, you will

• Analyze competitors, user needs and market trends, and find growth insights in analytics
• Build a feature roadmap to grow LTV and payment conversion on web
• Improve the web funnel and build the mobile-to-web funnel to support the launch of web marketing
• Write clear and complete PRDs
• Manage roadmap delivery and drive metric improvements
• Monitor key metrics and fix the issues that cause them to drop
• Launch and analyze A/B tests

• Hands-on experience optimizing web funnels
• Experience running A/B tests
• Strong skills in analyzing data, user feedback and competitors
• Experience planning and prioritizing a roadmap in line with business strategy, using frameworks like RICE
• Confident use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for analytics, PRDs and research
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Data-driven and ownership mindset, initiative and proactivity in product improvements, team player

Would be a plus

• Experience with similar web platforms (dating, streaming, iGaming)
• Background in FMCG or Big4 companies (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
