Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Manager for Website Optimization & Personalization to own end-to-end strategy, build capabilities, and drive execution of our personalization program. You will partner with the Senior Director to translate business goals into a clear roadmap and scale personalization across digital properties.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, with deep experience in Adobe Target, Audience Manager, and Analytics to optimize

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in digital marketing, web personalization, optimization or related roles.
• 5+ years driving web personalization across a large org; ideally with Adobe Target.
• 3+ years leading teams and coaching across levels.
• Proven ability to build personalization capabilities from scratch or mature existing programs.
• Experience turning personalization strategy into operational roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own personalization strategy and vision, translating goals into a roadmap.
• Lead audience segmentation, content targeting, and journey customization.
• Define data, tagging, and tech requirements with Adobe and CDP teams.
• Drive testing and learning to validate personalization strategies.
• Create documentation and learning artifacts to scale knowledge.
• Manage program cadence, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Leverage AI-native tools to accelerate personalization initiatives.
