Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Sr Manager of Marketing Experience and UX Design to lead a comprehensive redesign of the marketing digital experience. You will oversee a small UX team, establishing design systems and templatized components to drive speed and brand coherence across marketing sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven expertise in designing and maintaining design systems at scale.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Hands-on experience with AI-native design tools and AI-assisted design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision for marketing digital experience redesign, defining design systems and establishing component architecture.
• Manage and mentor the Manager & UX Designer team, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
• Oversee creation of core templatized experiences that drive consistency, speed, and scalability across all marketing web deliverables.
• Direct development of distinctive brand-forward experiences that showcase leadership in AI and innovation, with marketing and brand teams.
• Champion the integration of AI-native tools and Claude-based design solutions to streamline workflows and time-to-market.
• Collaborate with optimization teams to test, measure, and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data.
