Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Relocation Specialist in Las Vegas to manage end-to-end processes for web-generated real estate leads and referrals. You will ensure timely assignment, data accuracy, and efficient operations, coordinating with agents, customers, and partners.

You will qualify and route referrals, monitor activity, resolve issues, and maintain data across systems to drive successful real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a customer-centric environment with administrative responsibilities.
• Experience in relocation or real estate is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Flexibility to work shifts accommodating clients across time zones and weekends as required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Referral Management: Manage the full lifecycle of web leads and referrals from intake through resolution, ensuring systematic lead flow and database accuracy.
• Agent Assignment: Review, prioritize, route, and assign leads based on customer needs and guidelines; monitor activity.
• Data Entry: Complete necessary entry related to referrals; identify and implement process improvements with technology/AI tools.
• Transaction management: Oversee transactional processes to ensure smooth closings.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with Web Lead Directors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitoring/Follow up: Track communications, manage data across systems, and follow up on overdue items.
• Issue Resolution: Address concerns promptly and take corrective action.
• Contract Management: Ensure system accuracy with milestone data and generate documentation.
• Closing Coordination: Share all closing-related information with parties.
• Data Integrity: Audit and validate data across systems; resolve discrepancies.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on lead activity and performance.
