Job summary

Conseev is seeking a customer support representative for web hosting services in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves addressing support tickets efficiently and communicating with customers to resolve their concerns. A high level of online availability is necessary, beyond standard hours, to ensure prompt service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English language skills, strong technical knowledge of WordPress, CPanel, and WHM, and experience in web hosting customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills – communication must be at or near native speaker level.
• Technical knowledge of WordPress, CPanel, and WHM; additional experience with network administration and server management is a plus.
• Comfortable handling of customer interactions and confident addressing of concerns.
• Ability to be online beyond standard 9‑5 hours to cover support tickets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets in a timely manner and communicate with customers.
• Engage in live chat and/or phone support when available.
• Maintain a high level of online availability for prompt ticket handling.
