Incsub's WPMU DEV division seeks a WordPress Support Specialist for a fully remote, full-time role. You will help customers with WordPress, plugins and hosting issues, logging clear bug reports and offering practical solutions.

Requires at least 2 years of WordPress experience and coding skills (PHP, CSS, MySQL, HTML), plus fluent English and strong communication in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of WordPress experience.
• Ability to code using PHP, CSS, MySQL and HTML.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support members and customers with WordPress issues via email, chat and forum.
• Diagnose problems, log clear bug reports, and escalate when needed.
• Provide helpful, timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with developers and second-level support to resolve issues.
