Fivetran, based in New York, NY, is seeking a Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager to define and drive our highest-impact web experiences. You’ll work with Design, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Product, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.

This hybrid, full-time role requires leading complex initiatives from concept through launch, and mentoring the broader web and marketing org. The NY office supports two days weekly in person.

Qualifications

• Define long-term web growth strategy across core sites with measurable outcomes.
• Own end-to-end web growth initiatives, from planning to launch and optimization.
• Write BRDs translating vision into concrete plans for cross-functional teams.
• Leverage analytics and research to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps for key user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com, getdbt.com, and other high‑impact web experiences.
• Own high‑impact web growth initiatives end‑to‑end, from strategic planning and requirements gathering through launch, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Drive alignment across complex and ambiguous initiatives by balancing business impact, user experience, technical feasibility, and priorities.
• Write comprehensive BRDs to translate vision into strategic implementation plans.
• Leverage analytics and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize user journeys, and inform decisions.
• Develop experimentation roadmaps across critical user journeys to improve acquisition, conversion, and pipeline.
