Job summary

Velcro USA Inc. in Somersworth, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to operate weaving looms and follow established procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and timely production.

The role requires basic data entry and reliable attendance in a second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime when needed. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, report production data, and participate in safety programs.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write and perform basic data entry.
  • Hazardous Communications training.
  • Lock out / tag out training.
  • Certification to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT).
  • Proficiency in ruler use.
  • Ability to wear hearing protection.
  • 3–6 months experience operating machinery.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate set(s) of looms and maintain production output.
  • Repair breaks, draw-in, and perform style changes.
  • Ensure construction meets style sheets and quality standards.
  • Complete production paperwork and data entry accurately.
  • Maintain safety and participate in safety programs and adherence to rules.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, shift-based team environment.
