Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Lead Renovation Certification required within 12 months of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform weatherization retrofit measures on approved jobs in compliance with program standards.
• Complete general construction, repair, remodeling, or new construction work as assigned.
• Supervise assigned crew members to ensure productivity, safety, and quality workmanship.
• Provide clear direction and oversight to crew members during field operations.
• Perform diagnostic testing in accordance with program standards.
• Requisition inventoried materials and manage warehouse procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and agency vehicles; report damages promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, tobacco‑free worksite and vehicle at all times.
• Submit daily activity reports, invoices, and required documentation with timecards.
• Perform warehousing and general workshop activities; operate agency vehicles safely.
