We are looking for an experienced leader to lead a weatherization team in performing weatherization services, including air sealing, insulation installation, and ventilation improvements. This role requires technical skill and attention to detail to ensure high standards of work with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team in Insulating and weatherizing residential and commercial buildings.

Using various types of insulation materials and installation methods.

Air sealing attics, basements, crawlspaces etc. as needed.

Ensure work is being completed to the highest standards.

Installing ventilation including roof vents.

Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous Weatherization Experience is Required *

Weatherization Crew Lead Certified

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable in confined, sometimes cluttered conditions

Comfortable on tall ladders and rooftops

Comfortable working outside year round

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Must be Eligible to work in (U.S)

Available to work on Weekends if needed
