Job summary

Samsung Electronics America in New York seeks an Account Executive to drive the Samsung Weather ad solution. You will manage relationships with top advertisers and agencies, translate business needs into ad solutions, and help grow revenue across mobile and weather-based campaigns.

Based in New York with domestic travel as needed, you will collaborate with the Mobile Ad Solutions team, influence product direction with client insights, and close strategic deals while expanding our client roster.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with up to 5+ years of overall sales experience in new business development for in-app media buying and programmatic media advertising.
Strong negotiation and relationship management with agencies and advertisers.
Experience presenting virtually and in-person; willingness to travel.
Proven ability to close deals and grow revenue with existing partners.
Deep understanding of the mobile ad ecosystem and weather-based advertising.

Responsibilities

Develop high-level relationships with customers and act as a trusted consultant to optimize advertising growth.
Create mid-term and long-term agency plans to grow the advertising business for Mobile Advertising, focusing on Samsung Weather.
Work with agencies and brands to integrate Samsung Weather into their media mix.
Communicate market trends and industry shifts to inform product strategy.
Serve as an internal champion for S-Weather and MX advertising strategy across Samsung stakeholders.
Understand Samsung’s mobile data, products and measurement tools to build relevant advertising solutions.
