Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ASSURE Patient Specialist to support the sales team by fitting and training patients with the Assure wearable defibrillator in Hackensack, NJ.

The role requires traveling to hospitals and patients' homes, providing skilled patient care, and coordinating with clinicians and caregivers. This is a contracted, paid-per-fitting position with flexible hours and emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of paid patient care experience.
• Background in clinical or engineering roles related to cardiac care.
• Must pass background check and vaccination/credentialing requirements.
• NPI disclosure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Fit and train local patients with the Assure wearable defibrillator.
• Coordinate with prescribers, caregivers, and patients to schedule services.
• Travel to hospitals and patients' homes to perform fittings.
• Manage documentation and inventory related to fittings.
• Maintain confidentiality as per company policy.
