You will be trained and certified by Kestra as an ASSURE Patient Specialist, serving as the local patient care representative. The role requires traveling to hospitals and patient homes, coordinating with prescribers and caregivers, and maintaining inventory of kit components.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a paid patient care experience (not as a family care giver).
• Clinical or engineering background including nurses, clinical engineers, or ECG technicians.
• NPI number disclosure if applicable.
• Completion of background checks; some states require level 2 screening.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Fit and train local patients with a wearable defibrillator per dispatch from HQ.
• Provide instruction and instill confidence in Assure patients.
• Coordinate with prescribers, caregivers, and patients to schedule services.
• Travel to hospitals and patient homes to provide fittings.
• Manage inventory of Assure system kits, garments, and equipment.
