Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ASSURE Patient Specialist to support the sales organization with patient fittings in Cincinnati North, OH. This contractor role focuses on fitting and training patients with a wearable defibrillator and coordinating with prescribers and caregivers.

The position requires clinical or engineering background, patient-care experience, and reliable travel. Excellent communication with clinicians and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a paid patient care experience (not as a family caregiver).
• Clinical or engineering background as listed.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to pay for vendor credentialing during probation.
• Completion of background check and credentialing for hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Fit and train local patients with a wearable defibrillator as assigned.
• Provide instruction and build confidence in Assure patients.
• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule services.
• Travel to hospitals and patients' homes to perform fittings.
• Measure patient to determine garment size and fit.
• Manage inventory of Assure system kits and garments.
