Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team in Dahlgren, VA, working on TTWCS software across configurations. On-site role with potential travel to customer sites and NSWC Dahlgren.

The position requires an active Secret clearance and a US citizenship requirement. Primary duties include conducting hardware/software testing, data analysis, and documenting test results with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) from an accredited university.
• Active Secret Clearance required for the role.
• US Citizenship required to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems in lab configurations across builds.
• Document lab logs; troubleshoot hardware, simulators, and networks.
• Analyze test data; perform data reduction for requirements verification.
• Create change requests (CR) / problem reports (PR); verify fixes.
• Develop/modify test procedures and Test Verification Matrices (TVMs).
• Generate test plans and test reports; deliver technical briefs.
• Communicate testing status to management and stakeholders.
