Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our on-site team in Dahlgren, VA, supporting TTWCS testing across configurations. The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and collaboration with government personnel.

The candidate will conduct tests, analyze data, and generate test plans and reports, while troubleshooting lab hardware and software. Travel may be available but is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of science in a STEM field is required, or military ops experience as TTWCS Operator/ maintainer.
• Experience with CBT&E testing approaches.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in various configurations in a lab setting.
• Document test results and update lab logs.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and networks.
• Generate test plans, reports, and verification matrices; defend data at technical reviews.
• Communicate testing status to management and stakeholders.
