Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team in Dahlgren to support testing of TTWCS software in multiple configurations (surface, subsurface, and FMS). On-site at King George, VA and customer site NSWC Dahlgren; travel optional.

The role requires active Secret Clearance, lab testing experience, and close collaboration with government personnel. Compensation is market-aligned with comprehensive benefits and ESOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields or military operational experience as TTWCS operator and maintenance technician.
• Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
• Experience testing tactical weapon systems in lab/real-world configurations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in various configurations and builds in a lab setting.
• Document lab activities and data; modify hardware, simulators, and network configurations as needed.
• Analyze test outputs, develop data extraction/reduction elements for verification, and create change requests as needed.
• Verify software fixes for CR/PR resolutions and develop/modify test procedures to verify requirements.
• Communicate testing summaries and present at technical reviews; coordinate with management on test initiatives.
