Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our Dahlgren-area team. The role requires on-site presence at King George, VA, and customer site NSWC Dahlgren, with opportunities for travel.

Qualifications

• Active US Navy Fire Control experience and TTWCS Operator/ maintainer background preferred.
• Experience with CBT&E methodologies and test verification processes.
• Familiar with lab testing, data collection and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab settings across configurations.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and networks as needed.
• Analyze test data and develop data extraction/reduction elements.
• Document issues via CR/PR and verify software fixes.
• Develop new test procedures and maintain TVMs and test plans.
