SimVentions, Inc. in King George, VA is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to test TTWCS software across configurations in a lab setting, with on-site work at Dahlgren and customer sites. Travel possible but not required.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, US Citizenship, and a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent operational experience. You will document tests, develop procedures, and present findings in technical reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science/engineering/math field or military TTWCS ops/maintenance experience.
• Experience with test and evaluation methodologies for weapons systems.
• Ability to work in a lab environment with hardware, simulators, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab settings across configurations.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and network configs.
• Perform data analysis of test output and develop data extraction/reduction elements.
• Document problems with CR/PRs and verify software fixes.
• Develop and modify test procedures; create TVMs and test plans.
• Present testing summaries and defend data analysis at reviews.
