Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our on-site team in Dahlgren, VA, supporting testing of the TTWCS software across configurations. The role collaborates with testers and government personnel to ensure accuracy and reliability in a lab-focused environment.

The candidate will conduct tests, analyze data, and verify fixes, with opportunities to travel. Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship are required to access classified information.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM or military TTWCS operator/maintenance experience.
• Active Secret Clearance is required for this position.
• US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems in lab configurations and across builds.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and networks.
• Analyze test data and develop data reduction elements for verification.
• Create CR/PR documents to report system problems and verify fixes.
• Develop and update test procedures and TVMs; generate test plans/reports.
• Present testing results at technical reviews and to management.
