Job summary

SimVentions seeks a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our Dahlgren program, testing TTWCS software across configurations in lab and field settings. On-site at King George and customer site NSWC Dahlgren; active Secret clearance required.

You will conduct testing, analyze data, document findings, troubleshoot lab hardware and networks, and prepare plans, reports, and technical briefs for management and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with CBT&E methodologies and test and evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and methods.
• Ability to document and track test activities using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab configurations.
• Document lab data and log pertinent information.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and networks.
• Analyze test output data and develop data extraction methods.
• Create CR/PR change requests and verify fixes.
• Develop and update test procedures and TVMs.
• Present test results and brief management on issues.
