City National Bank is seeking an Investment Operations Securities Specialist to support the Wealth Management Operations and Servicing team in Los Angeles. You will liaise with SEI Private Trust Company and National Financial Services to resolve issues on new accounts and updates, while ensuring client eligibility and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a financial services organization.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Liaison with SEI Private Trust Company/National Financial Services; resolve problems and discrepancies related to new accounts and account updates.
• Review system records and client agreements to ensure company standards and client eligibility.
• Assign Trust account numbers and archive records per Retention Guidelines.
• Sort and deliver incoming mail and Trust checks to Wealth Management Operations/Servicing.
• Scan and file documentation into Filenet for Wealth Management Operations/Servicing, RBC Rochdale and RBC Securities.
• Verify accuracy, manage risk, resolve issues using multiple resources and online systems.
• Provide back-up for other functions as needed.
