Job summary

Security National Bank is seeking a Trust Assistant to support Trust Advisors, manage client accounts, and ensure accuracy in day-to-day administration. You will help with account updates, disbursements, and client communications, while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong organizational skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience.
• Excellent communication and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and service with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Open/close trust accounts and manage asset registrations and distributions.
• Assist with trusts, estates, agencies, custodial, IRA, and pension accounts; assist with probate and estate processes.
• Partner with Investment Services on account updates and rebalancing.
• Process account activity and maintain accurate documentation; provide backup support to Advisors.
