Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Business Service Officer to supervise Support Professionals and drive service initiatives across the branch network. You will coach teams, manage staffing and onboarding, and collaborate with Market Sales and Risk to ensure execution of service standards.

You will partner with the Market Business Service Officer on performance reviews, budgeting, and process improvements while maintaining Morgan Stanley’s commitment to client service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education.
• Active Series 7, 9, 10, 66 or 63, 65 licenses required or as applicable.
• Other licenses as required by the role or management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing the organization’s strategic priorities with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Support and Service Professionals.
• Oversee interviewing, onboarding, and development of new hires and advisors’ support staff.
• Partner with Market Sales and HR on performance reviews and talent management.
• Maintain strong relationships with Branch, Market, Region and Home Office teams; participate in meetings and calls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cross-training to boost productivity.
