Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Business Service Officer in McLean to lead a team of Support Professionals, drive service initiatives, and partner with Market Sales and Risk teams. The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and performance management within a branch setting.

The position reports to the Market Business Service Officer and requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking to align with firm policies and firm-wide priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
• Active Series 7, Series 9 & 10, Series 66 or Series 63 & 65 licenses required; other licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching to drive consistency, quality and compliance.
• Supervise a team of Support and Service Professionals; oversee coverage for Financial Advisors.
• Facilitate interviewing, onboarding, and performance reviews; manage relationships with Branch, Market, Region and Home Office.
