Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education.
• Active securities licenses: Series 7, Series 9/10, Series 66/63/65 or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop Service Professionals.
• Knowledge of Firm’s Risk & Compliance policies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage relationships across Branch, Market, Region and Home Office.
• Strategic thinker with ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching and consistency.
• Supervise a team of Support and Service Professionals.
• Promote cross-training and development within the market.
• Oversee interview, selection and onboarding of new hires.
• Partner with MBSO and HR on performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Maintain relationships with branch, market, region and home office.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings for coaching and career development.
• Oversee coverage for Financial Advisors.
• Identify recognition opportunities and promote a culture aligned with firm values.
• Manage travel and entertainment expenses and budget tracking.
