Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
• 5+ years of experience in a financial institution with emphasis on risk management.
• Experience in compliance and operational risk mitigation and remediation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills adaptable to a dynamic and complex work environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate risk and governance issues with stakeholder engagement.
• Execute enterprise risk program requirements across Wealth Management.
• Analyze KRIs and risk reporting; coordinate governance actions.
• Facilitate governance forums and committees; develop reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with ECCO, Compliance, Audit, Legal to advance governance.
• Prepare audit/regulatory readiness and operational readiness for initiatives.
• Assess risk program activities (RCSA, issue management, risk monitoring).
• Analyze incidents and risk trends; identify remediation opportunities.
