Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks a consultative leader to manage the enterprise-wide governance materials system of record, driving multi-level governance structures and risk governance reporting across the organization.

You will develop relationships with stakeholders, oversee analytics and monitoring, and support training and communications to sustain proactive, risk-based oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Communications or equivalent education.
• 5+ years of financial services or risk management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, cognitive, conceptual, critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated coordination, communication (verbal and written), presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative leadership and develop relations across the user base for governance materials.
• Maintain and develop the governance system of record, including risk reporting to committees.
• Aggregate, analyze, monitor, and escalate risk governance activities and exceptions.
• Support design and execution of governance frameworks and processes across the company.
• Identify and monitor governance risks and drive remediation or escalation.
• Support stakeholder trainings and communications for enterprise oversight.
