Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) required
• FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required within 60 days
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent
• Strong investment services and product knowledge
• Excellent communication and risk-control mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors servicing a wide range of clients
• Identify opportunities to attract, recruit, and develop Advisors
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending partners
• Drive technology usage to meet customer needs and support a customer-obsessed culture
• Manage day-to-day administrative and supervisory activities for the territory
• Create a culture of risk awareness and controls
• Proactively identify solutions with urgency
