JPMorgan Chase & Co. Wealth Management seeks a Market Director of Wealth to lead a team of Financial Advisors and drive a customer-obsessed service culture across a designated territory.

You will recruit, coach and develop Advisors, partner with branches and lending teams, and leverage technology to deliver comprehensive financial solutions while upholding rigorous risk controls and compliance standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 are required
• FINRA Series 9/10 must be obtained/retained within 60 days
• Proven ability to recruit and attract talent
• Strong investment services knowledge and market awareness
• Strong communication and risk-control mindset

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors servicing a wide client base
• Attract and recruit Advisors; develop and promote talent within the team
• Partner with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending for integrated solutions
• Integrate technology to enhance customer experience and accessibility
• Oversee day-to-day supervisory and operational activities within the territory
• Maintain a culture of risk awareness and compliance
