J.P. Morgan Chase seeks a Market Director of Wealth Management to lead a team of Financial Advisors, build deep client relationships, and deliver exceptional service.

You will drive recruitment and development, collaborate with Branch Management and lending partners, and champion a customer-obsessed culture with a focus on risk controls. Requirements include 5+ years managing advisors, active FINRA licenses or within 60 days, and strong market acumen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) and Series 9/10 (or equivalent) active or to be obtained within 60 days.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent.
• Strong investment services knowledge and market awareness.
• Excellent communication and risk management.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors servicing a broad client base.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Advisor talent and improve performance.
• Coordinate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to provide integrated client solutions.
• Advocate for technology use to meet customer needs and uphold diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day administrative, supervisory and operational aspects for the territory.
• Foster a culture of risk awareness and controls to protect customers and the business.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and urgency in solving client needs.
