Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management National Sales team seeks a Business Development Manager in Raleigh or Charlotte. You will drive revenue growth, execute strategic initiatives, and coach Financial Advisors to expand client practices.

Responsibilities include developing business plans, aligning with product partners, and delivering initiatives across branches and complex offices. A 5+ year Wealth Management background and active Series 7/66 are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Wealth Management or related leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) within 120 days of hire.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and tactical business plans to grow revenue.
• Coach Financial Advisors through training and one-on-one sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Partners to deploy tools and resources.
