Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or equivalent product area/management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required by hire or within 120 days.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to align stakeholder expectations and strategies.
• Creative problem-solving, confidence, flexibility, and teamwork.
• Ability to autonomously develop, deliver and execute strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Position major product capabilities to client needs and route inquiries to internal partners when needed.
• Develop strategic and tactical business plans to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and develop Financial Advisors' practices through training and conversations.
• Engage Product Partners to ensure Advisors have training on tools and resources.
• Deliver initiatives to Branches and Complex offices and roll out campaigns.
