Morgan Stanley is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Wealth Management field to drive asset growth across local markets. You will coach Financial Advisors, execute strategic initiatives, and coordinate regional and national programs with Product Partners to optimize tools and resources.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Wealth Management, a Bachelor’s degree, and active FINRA licenses. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based incentives.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or related product area.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) required upon hire or within 120 days.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to align stakeholders.
• Strong and creative problem-solving skills.
• Confident, flexible, resilient team player.
• Ability to autonomously develop, deliver, and execute strategic plans.

Responsabilidades

• Drive asset growth in the Wealth Management market across local/regional initiatives.
• Execute strategic and tactical initiatives and coach Financial Advisors.
• Coordinate local, regional, and national initiatives with Product Partners.
• Develop strategic and tactical business plans to deliver positive results.
• Grow Financial Advisors practices through training and one-on-one coaching.
• Ensure Advisors have training and knowledge of tools and resources.
