Morgan Stanley is seeking a Business Development Manager in Wealth Management National Sales. The role focuses on driving revenue and asset growth by aligning firm solutions with advisor needs and delivering targeted business plans.

You will lead coaching, training, and practice-management efforts across advisors and markets. Responsibilities include collaborating with product specialists and management to roll out initiatives, conducting reviews, and presenting workshops.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or related field.
• Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required upon hire or within 120 days.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Drives revenue and asset growth in their markets.
• Executes strategic and tactical initiatives for branch network.
• Provides ongoing practice management coaching to Financial Advisors.
• Coordinates efforts around local, regional, and national initiatives.
• Delivers coaching, training, and guidance to Advisors.
