Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Wealth Management or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active Series 7 and 66 upon hire or within 120 days.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted consultant to Financial Advisors, aligning firm solutions with client needs.
• Maintain knowledge of firm products and tools and position capabilities.
• Drive adoption of national initiatives and regional priorities through execution.
• Develop targeted business plans to support advisor growth and engagement.
• Lead coachings, trainings, and practice management guidance for Advisors.
• Collaborate with product specialists and leadership to enhance knowledge and adoption.
