Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or related field.
• Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) required on hire.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive asset growth in targeted markets and expand client base.
• Develop strategic and tactical business plans to achieve targets.
• Coach and develop Financial Advisors through training and coaching.
• Coordinate local, regional, and national initiatives with Product Partners.
• Deliver desk-to-desk rollout of initiatives and campaigns.
• Conduct deep-dive reviews and segmentation to optimize performance.
