Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management National Sales team seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to drive revenue and asset growth among Financial Advisors. You will execute strategic initiatives, provide ongoing practice management coaching, and coordinate local, regional, and national efforts.

You will serve as a trusted consultant, align firm solutions with client needs, and lead training events to elevate advisor knowledge and solution adoption.

Formación

• 5+ years of Wealth Management experience with a track record of production and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) licenses within 120 days.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted consultant to Financial Advisors, aligning firm solutions with client needs.
• Drive adoption of national initiatives and regional priorities.
• Develop targeted business plans to support advisor growth and engagement.
• Lead training and coaching to Financial Advisors.
• Coordinate with product specialists and leadership to enhance solution adoption.
• Lead rollout of firm initiatives via workshops and coaching.
