Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) required.
• FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent.
• Strong investment services knowledge and market awareness.
• Excellent communication and risk management focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors to service a wide range of clients.
• Identify opportunities to recruit, develop and promote Advisors.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending for integrated solutions.
• Influence technology adoption to meet customer needs and uphold diversity and inclusion.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative and supervisory activities to meet strategic goals.
• Create a culture of risk awareness and strong controls.
