Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Resident Manager to lead a branch, grow a book of high net worth clients, and drive revenue while controlling risk. You will develop cohesive teams, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional client service in a dynamic Wealth Management environment.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to manage regulatory responsibilities, with direct reports and cross-functional collaboration across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education or experience.
• At least 5+ years in financial advisory or branch management or equivalent.
• Active Series 7, 8, 66 (or 63/65) and 3 registrations; other licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Build a client base of high net worth households and manage relationships.
• Drive revenue growth while managing risk within the branch.
• Provide leadership, supervise staff, and maintain ethics and compliance.
• Collaborate with Market Executive/Managers to achieve branch goals.
